How does this work?
Scrape/Download Files. In this example it’s about 5 years of files or about 1Gb
Use Pinecone API to review and vectorize
Use OpenAI ChatGPT API to connect to the Pinecone model
Load up a local hosting user interface to ask questions
Start asking!
Background information to know:
Vectorize Data - this is taking all the PDF’s and text and breaking it into relatable chunks for AI.
This is a LLM so you need to check numbers and results for accuracy but it does a good job of identifying links between projects and agenda items.
Using custom programming you can have it pull up the source documents and export data into excel or a CRM.

The team at Infrasynci.AI is small right now. Basically just me (Andrew) and some contractors. While we are small now, the interest and demand is huge! In short, we have really just gotten started with all we want to accomplish.
Right now we are looking for opportunities that fit the following:
1 - Manufacturer or Distributor of new technology into the water space. The company can be large and established, but the focus is on newer innovations such as Advanced Metering Infrastructure, Digital Twins, Robotics, Etc.
2- Have an initiative to increase sales and revenue of a newer product line into the North America Utility Market. Such as grow our digital products by 30% in 2024.
3 - Want to implement new AI tech and workflows to meet those goals. Such as use AI and automation to generate proposals in 15 minutes instead of 15 hours.
If that sounds like your team that let me know. We are a results first team so we are very selective about how quickly we can onboard new clients.
